  2. How does it work?
For an example: is there a set menu or can the guests choos in-between various dishes? Whom may have lunch there? What is the price?

    1. The price is always the same, however guests may select only from the day's menu.

    2. Most of our daily guests are retirees who like cheap lunches that our students have made.

    1. Hello! I even did my work experience at this school and may be able to respond. The teachers make the menu for the students attending the first year so that all students have the opportunity to try and learn basic cooking. In the second year, and third, it is usually the teachers, but there are days when students all by themselves plan the menu, do the shopping lists and make sure that they, together with their classmates prepare the food to the guests. Michael you can sure tell you more about what happened when they had their own responsibilities days for you was well with the kitchen on some of them?

    2. It varies. but usually it is the teachers who plan for adult learners. This is because their training is of 1 year and teachers choose this approach to help meet various targets in the curriculum
