The assignment was to create a fictive school event, i.e. the event will never be preformed in real life. It could be planned for either students or external visitors. I personally would have preferred the assignment to be executed in more "realistic way". If students know their event would accturally take place for real, I believe their motivation would be higher and the "hands on" skills greater.
What kind of event is it? Is it to others at school or for external visitors?
