Vocational programmes include 15 weeks of workplace training
(Arbetsplatsförlagd utbildning – APU) over the three-year period. Schools
are responsible for arranging workplace training and verifying its quality. Gym
“Friskis & Svettis”, Mölnlycke, which offers a variety of activities, such
as aerobics, step aerobics and spinning is a one of workplace-based learning
student placements.
Hi Elena
ReplyDeleteThis looks intresting, in which vocational program is friskis and svettis an workplace training place?
Dear Janna! I am happy to answer your question! Commerce and Administration program prepares students for specific trades and careers as for exempel Administrator, Hulebäcks' students practise as Administrators at Friskis & Svettis' reception
ReplyDeleteBest regards,
Elena Medin
Friskis & Svettis is a good internship placement I think (I often train there, and I know there is lots of administrative work behind their success! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou mention the school is responsible for the students' work placements - who does this job? Is it one person from the Commerce and Admin program?
do you have alot of gyms in the region to place students or is it just this one?
