The students are training to cut the salmon into thin slices. 
Its the way to serve this kind of food.

Dill-cured salmon on a rye bred with horseradish and mustard sauce

  6. Petronella yes they make a lot of good first clss food. Richard I never asked how much organic products used in manufacturing. But on the other hand were three students from grades three ( åk 3) to work with a menu for the contest of young "ekokockar " when I did my internship at the school.

  7. Interesting that they choose not to serve dill to the right, it is because it is dill marinated?
