Restaurant Management and Food Programme








My name is Pernilla and have been working in the Restaurant business since I went to  VET-school in the late 80:s and now I think that I should become a VET-teacher and I have done my first internship at the Restaurant Management and Food Programme at this school.

  1. What do you feel is some of the biggest differences, comparing VET training from late 80´s to now?

  2. I think the big difference in training is that as a student reads more theoretical subjects. The practical subjects are of course in the same way you slice an onion in the same way now as then, but you might use it in a completely anna kind of dish.
