the students cook and serve food for external guests in the a la carte or the lunchrestaurant. The students eat their own lunch in the "skolbespisning/bamba" ( a Swedish word for school meals). /Pernilla
Elena students prepare many different dishes both Swedish " husmanskost" and dishes from other countries. Some of the students, particularly adult students born outside Sweden bring some inspiration from their own countries.
Well, it would be something to consider for the future. It would make it perhaps a very profitable project. My guess is that guesst whom wants to rent will have to book very far in advance.
Dear Pernilla!
ReplyDeleteDoes it served some food made by students at your school?
Would you eat the food in your school’s cafeteria?
Best regards,
Elena Medin
