In this program they educate high school students for three years in two different orientations 
Fresh foods, delicatessen and catering or Kitchen and serving. 
They also educate adults in Kitchen and serving for shorter education in 40 weeks. 
The school has two Restaurants. In this picture you can see the lunch restaurant  and an  A la carte restaurant. I have done most of my practice together with high school students at their first year. When they have been working in the kitchen preparing food for the A la carte.

  2. Do you see some difference between the high school students and the adult students?
    I've worked with both high school students and adult students and I think that are big difference between them, but I like the challenge it brings.
