they loved it! the fact about teachers changin.. where a massive discussion. the feeling of not being understood in modern society, and the teachers speaking a whole nother language! at plusgymnasiet we heave a large portion of students who grew up in Angered, Bergsjön and kortedala... they dont think that the teachers can relate to their life.
I also thought of the way Milad talked to the kids, he took it to their level, in service courses and guideeducation i tryed the same... and got remarkable results.. the F-E students delivered A´s... just because they got to present it.. in their langueage and cultural identity!
Interesting! How did you do it? Was it just part of a course, or a whole course you tested this in? Will you continue doing this? What would you have to change in order to proceede with this? Can it be adapted for the whole Plusgymnasiet? Could you introduce us to this? I believe most of us who are studying this programme are eager to know how to reach the students that only gets E-F and make them see their own posibility so that they can perform better and get ahead.
