they are making a Gala for the students , two events on the same day.. 250 guests on each.. music, food, drinks.. the whole nine yards! they got do to everything from ordering drinks to workin the floor on the actual event!
That's impressive. What a fun way of learning about events - to plan, organise and produce the whole lot! How many are the students is class? how long will they have to plan the event?
t's great to see schools where you do real tasks for the students. But I can also imagine that it takes a lot of the teachers who are involved in working with such an event. Are all the teachers and programs involved? How supported event of school administration, etc.?
What kind of event are they planning?
