Photo 4

Here we are working with stop motion. The students have created characters in clay and painted the scene. First they worked on developing a storyboard. You take one photo at a time and then move in tiny steps. Together all of the photos become a film. The course is called Digital art.

  1. This looks very precise work, with a lot of input to get a result. I love watching this type of movie. Do the students show their films for graduation?

  2. It takes a lot of time to do. Students think it's fun. We look at everyone's films and talk about them. All have done differently. Have you tried to make stop motion sometime?

  3. So many creative parts in one class. The students seems to really have to be active all the time in order to progress in this class. Interesting to know how it works "behind the sceen".

  6. Hi Petronella
They start by looking at a story. Then they begin to sketch how it should look . They draw a storyboard. After that, they begin to build their characters and the scene. Then, just to start take a lot of photographs so that it becomes a film.
